November 9 th 2015 First Day
The first day of the road to 18% bf was a tough day I worked early and all day which left the gym closed by the time I got off, which is a bummer but not the end of the world . I will do back, biceps, chest, and triceps tomorrow to make up for the lost day but I will still hit my goal of 6 days a week. I drank mass amounts of water and stuck to my meal plan even went under the target due to the lack of gym. I stayed positive and happy all day finding things to make me smile. I feel like I'm heading in the right direction to being the bf % I wanna be which is very exciting. I feel like with a good night sleep and good breakfast I will conquer my new work out. I think once I hit my first goals an Adidas outfit will be in order :) I work hard at my meal plans so I know cheating would just wreck all the hard work I put in to all the planning, weighing and such. So no wavering for me. One month I'll see the change, two months my friends and family will notice, and three months everyone will see . I must push myself to succeed, the reflection in the mirror my reward. I will do this and I will succeed.
