November 5 th 2015 prep and lead up to fitness journey

  I have decide that Monday I will embark on a journey to health, beauty, and toned trim body. I am setting the start date with little and big goals to help me stay on track and get me where I wanna be, I will show my journey with pictures and stories along the way to my end goal. I did this before and some how or some way fell off track. I always found writing a blog helped me stay true to the course. I having one last drinking night on this week end come Monday no cheats no nothing no excuses cause there is always a reason to drink or eat junk food.So my Goals are simple and clear to me.

First goal is to go to the gym 5- 6 days the first week. 
Second Goal is to not stray from my meal plans at all the first week.

Third goal is to stay positive all day everyday and see the silver lining in each cloud all the first week.
Fourth goal is to drink 2-3 liters of water a day first week.
I will repeat these goals week by week . Reward at the end of each week will vary. Once a month if I stick to the mini goals my reward will be a new fitness item of clothes. I know I want this no more talk just like quitting smoking I picked a date a drove towards it .

My goals will be added and modified along the way if I find new things to obtain.
My end goals are:
18% bf
sponsorship in a supplement company
start a web site that will offer online personal training plans and meal plans.
To be fit and healthy .

I can do this, I will do this, I won't be stopped.
